Rotary table shot blasting machine is one of the fixed types in the shot blasting machine, mainly suitable for cleaning the heavy weight of the workpiece. America customer ordered 2 units rotary table shot blasting machine from us, the loading capacity is 5 tons, pls check the pictures.
The main workpiece of this customer is the wheel hub, and according to the size of the wheel hub, two units blast wheels are arranged on the side of the chamber body and one unit is arranged on the top. In this way, when shot blasting, the steel shot can cover the side and upper surface of the workpiece, and the lower surface needs to be turned over and cleaned again. Although the rotary table shot blasting machine can clean heavy workpieces, its disadvantage is that it needs to be turned over to clean the bottom surface.
The turntable is made of 10mm thick rolled Mn13. In order to ensure that it can bear 5 tons of workpieces, the bottom of the turntable is supported by round steel and H steel. Bearing type double doors that can be easily opened and closed. The chamber is covered with the high manganese steel plate as guard plate 360 degrees in all directions, so that there is no dead angle protection. And the steel plate is covered twice in the shot blasting area to ensure the service life of the product.
Before delivery, we install and debug all the shot blasting machines, like roller shot blasting machine. In order to facilitate customer installation, all the joints are ordered, customers can directly assemble according to the sequence number, simple to understand and save time.
