I guess you have been heard the term “Shot Blasting” before in the surface preparation industry. It refers to the blasting category in general, for all machines where shot is used. We frequently use the terms Shot Blasters or Shot Blasting when talking about our industrial shot blasting equipment for simplicity and recognition sake, we called them is shot blasting machine. Shot blasting is a technological process of removing various impurities from different surfaces by using abrasive. It is used for a surface protection and also prior-preparation of surfaces prior to further processing, such as welding, coloring , etc.
Hanger type shot blasting machine is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening treatment of medium and small castings and forgings in foundry, construction, chemical industry, motor, machine tool and other industries. Especially suitable for surface cleaning and shot blasting of multi-variety and small batch castings, forgings and steel structures to remove a small amount of sticky sand, sand core and oxide skin on the work piece surface.
The hanger shot blasting machine is the best choice to clean the bicycle parts. It can hang the bicycle parts on the hanging tool and clean it in batch ,it can not only increase the working efficiency but also save the cost.
Hanger type shot blasting machine consisting of blasting cleaning room, elevator, separator, screw conveyor, two shot blasting assembly, projectile control system, hanger walking track, hanger system, rotation device, foundation, dust removal system and electrical control part.
When the abrasive hit on the workpiece surface ,it will fall down to the longitudinal screw conveyor. The longitudinal screw conveyor carry the abrasive to the bucket elevator. The elevator belt drives the hopper to transport the abrasive to the separator, and then through the screw conveyor to the separate area. The cleaned abrasive are stored into the storage silo. When the abrasive valve is opened pneumatically, the abrasive into the blast wheel and projection to the workpiece surface .
