Hanger type shot blasting machine is composed by overhead conveyor shot blasting machine, hoist hanger system and shot blasting system.
The overhead rail conveyor system can be separated into I type, Y type, O type usually. the main differences of the different type are the shot blasting efficient is very different for the same shot blasting system. the I type means the whole shot blasting machine only has one hanger hoist system. The Y type means the whole shot blasting unit including two units hoist hanger system, during one hoist hanger system object items in the shot blasting process, you can load the workpieces into the other hoist hanger system, this will save a lot of load-waiting time for the blasting system. The O type means the whole shot blasting units include 3 units or more hoist hanger system, which will greatly save the load-waiting time for the whole shot blasting system, especially for the small workpieces which are not very easy for loading onto the hoist hanger system.

The whole shot blasting system includes blasting chamber, chamber liner, blast turbines, abrasive cleaner and recycle system, dust collector and connection ducts, which means you do not need any extra thing to install and use the whole shot blasting system except for the power supply and place.
