Firstly, the customer required the whole blasting unit install outside of any sheld completely, for the normal blast room design, the customer usually put the blast room enclosure and blasting system inside the workshop or under sheld. During this sandblast room system design, we take all the effect factors into consideration like as the wind, storm, rain and ground surface near blast room rainwater runoff, which greatly increase the whole cost of the blast room system for every details design and manufacture.
Secondly, the customer groundwater level is very near with the ground surface, it is impossible to design the abrasive reclaim system underground, our know-how experienced engineer team designed a full floor abrasive reclaim system only increase the blast room inside floor height around and 40cm, and also design a crane system hoist system on the blast room system which greatly provides convenient for the customer carry the workpieces into the blast room.
