The blast turbine vibrates greatly 

Measures:

1. The blades are severely worn and unbalanced in operation, replace the blades, and replace the installed blades symmetrically according to the weight;

2. The impeller body is severely worn and appears heavy. Replace the impeller body as soon as possible. The material of the impeller body is 40Cr, 20CrMn;

3. The spindle seat bearing of the blast turbine is burned out, causing abnormal noise and vibration. Replace and add grease;

4. The fixing bolts of the blast turbine are loose, tighten the bolts; 

The blast turbine has abnormal noise

 Measures:

1 Abrasives do not meet the requirements, causing blockage of steel shots, replace qualified steel shots;  

2. There are larger particles in the steel shots, check and remove them;

3. The guard plate of the blast turbine is loose and rubs against the impeller or impeller blade, adjust the guard plate;  

4. The bolts of the coupling plate in the blast turbine are loose, tighten the bolts;

Uneven amount of shot blasting

Measures:

1. Check whether the steel shot in the steel shot machine silo is sufficient;  

2. Adjust the abrasive flow rate of each abrasive valve;

3. Adjust the gap of the falling sand adjustment plate of the separator to make the flow curtain uniform

The cleaning effect is not ideal

Measures:

1. The abrasive supply is insufficient, and new steel shots should be appropriately added;  

2. The ejection direction of the blast turbine is not correct, adjust the window position of the directional sleeve of the blast turbine;  

3. The pellet size is inappropriate, reselect the pellet size;  

4. If the pellets are agglomerated or used for too long, replace the pellets; 

The bucket elevator does not operate

Measures:

1. If the foreign body is stuck, remove the large particles at the bottom of the elevator;  

2. Lift the belt to slip, adjust the drive wheel tensioning device to tighten the belt;  

3. There are too many shots at the bottom of the elevator, shut down in order and remove the steel shots;

The dust of the dust collector contains too much steel shot

Measures: The air volume of the separator is too large. It is better to properly adjust the air volume of the separator tuyere adjustment baffle and the pipe butterfly valve until the dust removal effect can be guaranteed but the steel shot is not sucked out;

The switch action of the machine is not sensitive or does not act according to regulations

Measures:

1. Relevant electrical components are damaged, check and replace  

2. There is too much dust and dirt in the electrical box of the shot blasting system, and the electrical contacts are in poor contact  

3. Too much dust and dirt on the time relay and poor electrical contact

Poor separation effect of separator

Measures:

1. The steel shot flow curtain is uneven, adjust the separator flow control board to reach the full curtain;  

2. The wind speed in the separation zone is not suitable, adjust the butterfly valve of the separator tuyere to make the wind speed in the separation zone reach 3～4m/s, and adjust the position of the first and second regulating plates.
