What Should be Noted When Using Industrial Sandblasting Equipment

1. Industrial sandblasting equipment shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with the following standards, and shall be manufactured and used according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the specified procedures.

2. The electrical system of industrial sandblasting equipment shall meet the requirements of GB / T 5226.1.

3. The pneumatic system of pressure industrial sandblasting equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 7932 and the Specification for Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessel Safety.

4. The surface painting of the sandblasting tank of industrial sandblasting equipment shall comply with the provisions of JB / T 9062, and other surfaces shall be painted in accordance with the provisions of JB / T 5364.

5. The suitable type of abrasive and abrasive grain size range of the industrial sandblasting equipment should be clear.

6. The working pressure, applicable nozzle diameter, and air consumption of industrial sandblasting equipment shall be specified.

7. The industrial sandblasting equipment shall be able to operate normally under the environmental conditions where the ambient temperature is - 10 ℃ to 45 ℃ and relative humidity is no more than 90%.

8. The noise pressure level of single-gun recycling industrial sandblasting equipment should not exceed 85 dB. If there is a noise agreement between the supplier and the demander, the agreement shall be followed.

9. The air demand for air compressors should be 1.25 times the maximum air consumption of industrial sandblasting equipment.

10. The compressed air used in industrial sandblasting equipment must be dry and oil-free.

11. Industrial sandblasting equipment shall be equipped with a safety protection device.

12. Recycling industrial sandblasting equipment shall be equipped with a dedusting device. When the non-recycling industrial sandblasting equipment is in use, the operator must take reliable labor protection measures.

13. When the electric control switch of hand-held industrial sandblasting equipment is set at the spray gun, the control voltage must be safe voltage.

14. It is not allowed that once the industrial sandblasting equipment is connected with the compressed air, the spray gun is in the spray state. After losing the control signal, the spray gun should be in the non-spraying state.

15. The sealing of operation and rotation parts of industrial sandblasting equipment should be reliable.
