Roller shot blasting machine is the most common type of shot blasting machine, and it has a very wide range of applications. It can be mainly used in the construction industry, steel industry, automobile industry, machinery industry, mining industry, shot blasting spraying service industry, petroleum industry, processing industry, etc. Mainly blasting with steel parts, such as H beam, I beam, steel plates, steel pipes, steel bars, section steel, steel structures, elbows, bends, scaffolding, aluminum template, iron formwork, trailer chassis, frames, crane arms, fences, iron gates, manhole cover and so on.
Recently we just delivery one unit roller conveyor blast machine to Chile. The customer is in the construction industry and mainly uses this shot blasting machine to clean aluminum formwork and small size h beam. According to the shape and size of the customer's workpiece, we designed a shot blast machinery with an opening size of 1700mm*300mm and equipped with 4 units blast turbines (blast wheel, abrator).To reduce surface abrasives on the workpiece after blasting, we added a high-pressure blower at the outlet.
The workpiece has a second-hand aluminum formwork with a lot of cement on the surface, and cement will turn into dust after being hit by steel hot, increasing the burden on the dust collector. In order to meet customer requirements, we designed three-stage dust removal for this equipment, that including setting chamber, cyclone and bag type dust collector.
All equipment is assembled and debugged before delivery, and meets delivery standards after passing three inspections.
