Cylinders shot blasting machine

The cylinder shot blasting machine is special type of shot blasting machine for steel cylinders, liquefied gas cylinders, oxygen cylinders and acetylene bottles. It is suitable for refurbished steel cylinders. After the cylinders are used, the corrosion of the surface are more serious. If we don't clean it on time, the rust will seriously corrode the surface of the cylinder and it will also affect the service life of the cylinder. After shot blasting, the stress and the strength of the cylinders will be further eliminated. It has three type shot blasting machine to blast the cylinders. Such as hanger type shot blasting machine ,overhead rail shot blasting machine and diabolo shot blasting machine.

The hanger type shot blasting machine use the rotary hoist hang the cylinder into the chamber and then achieve the clean effect. It also can clean the cylinders in batch.

The overhead shot blasting machine will continuous blast cleaning the cylinders on a overhead rail and this kind of shot blasting machine can be designed blast cleaning thousands of cylinders per shift, the productivity is most among the three solutions.

The diabolo shot blasting machine have large productivity, which can blast thousand of all kinds of cylinders per shift, it is especially suitable for all kinds of cylinders manufacturers. It is also have nothing restriction for the cylinder dimension and it need a relatively big space for installation.

The diabolo shot blasting machine is use the special self transportable roller to rotate the cylinder to the shot blasting unit chamber. The machine mainly used the high speed abrasive flow to hit the surface and the inner surface of the rotating workpiece located in the chamber body and remove other sand, rust, welding slag, oxide scale and other debris. Then achieve the smooth surface and can improve the adhesion, the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the cylinders and also extend the cylinders service life.
