Steel pipes outside wall shot blasting machine use conical roller conveyor through type shot blasting machine to blast cleaning steel pipes, the simple shot blasting machine can be used only for small production capacity factory.
The automatic blasting machine has been widely applied for many field of pipes production enterprises, it can blast cleanig the pipes diameter from 4'' to 16'', and length from 2500mm to 20000mm, processing speed can be designed into 12m/min at most. The production line designed loading buffer for rusted pipes,hole plug removal-compressed air nozzle, butter control with pipe counter, unloading belt buffter and side unloading beams, the blasting effect is SA2.5.
This whole production line realized fully automatic blasting for small diameter pipes, the productivity can be designed according to customer on-site production capacity requirements.
