Upgrading and converting a roller conveyor shot blasting machine has increased productivity and future-proofed operations at Shandong Iron & Steel Group.
The upgrade was carried out by Qingdao Qinggong Machinery as part of a systematic Equipment Modernization Program, and has enabled the company to instantly delivery against increased output targets.
Shandong Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd was established on Mar. 17 2008, with a registered capital of 10 billion RMB. As the business opportunities for SISG to grow and production lincreased, the throughput of one of shot blast machines gradually fell out of step with production targets, resulting in issues for the company that had to be addressed in order to continue to fulfil orders.
