Overhead rail shot blasting machine - Model HTK08/09 is a design by QINGGONG MACHINERY, delivered to Chile customer for blast casting.
The customer’s factory has hundreds of casting with different sizes, and the production capacity needs more than 10000 pieces per day. According to his casting information and his requirements, we advise him to use overhead rail shot blasting machine.
Castings are loaded onto hanger toolings and overhead rails move castings into blasting chamber. Moving speed and rotation speed can be adjusted according to production requirements. Castings get averaged blasting flow to reach clean surface condition by abrasive.
