The working principle of the hanger shot blasting machine

A batch of parts is hung on a hook and then enters the shot blasting chamber. The shot blaster angles the blasting towards the uneven shaped parts, thereby treating the parts for optimal finish. After blasting, the parts are removed, and another hook enters the shot blasting chamber. Inside the chamber, the hook moves the workpieces back and forth and rotates, ensuring that all parts are thoroughly blasted, reducing dead zones, and achieving cleaning and strengthening objectives.
