All our container blast room fabrication adopts a completely new container as the blasting chamber.
The room inside the wall will have abrasion-resistant rubber as liner.
The floor will have the toughened steel plate and structures as support.
The abrasive recovery system will adopt the screw conveyor to reclaim the abrasive mixtures. Crosswise screw conveyor to reclaim the used blasting media and contaminants into the bucket elevator and then into the air wash cleaner system, and then the cleaned blasting abrasives get into the storage hopper to recycle, the residues will get out of the recycling system from the air wash cleaner system.
