First, it adopts dust prevention and unpowered dedusting
For example, the handling capacity of dust and smoke can be greatly reduced by adding a launder while loading and unloading materials or when the belts run; when handling bulk materials, local sealing should be adopted to make the generated dust and smoke circulate in the sealed space and consume its kinetic energy, then the dust will basically precipitate naturally. This kind of mechanical dust prevention and shot blasting machine parts are called unpowered dedusting in foreign countries. It is suitable to adopt unpowered dedusting in most places or where it is necessary to carry out unpowered dedusting pretreatment first because prevention is always more cost-effective than treatment.
Second, it is assisted by water-spray or foam dedusting.
On the one hand, for the flue gas with relatively high temperature, direct spray evaporative cooling consumes a small amount of water to cool the gas, besides, the volume shrinkage and speed droop are also conducive to dust removal. On the other hand, dust particles can bond to each other, freeze and grow after being wet, and then will be easily separated from the atmosphere. Therefore, from the perspectives of emission reduction, energy-saving, and cost reduction, we must first consider unpowered dedusting and direct spray dedusting.
Third, dust removal by ventilation
When using the ventilation dedusting system, it should first consider the electric precipitation with low energy consumption, and finally, consider the bag-type deduster. Ventilation dedusting and dedusting fittings are mostly used in our country, which solves the emission reduction but leads to high operation cost. Of course, it is also a practical problem that needs to be solved that the efficiency of some dedusting fittings of shot blasting machine is unstable.
