The operation of sandblsating room

The equipment of sandblasting room is composed of the room body, sand shot recycling system, sandblasting machine, waste gas treatment system, lighting system and electrical control system. The design of the other parts is similar except for the sand shot recycling separation system. This article mainly makes a comparison of the types of sand shot recycling systems.

The sandblasting room recycling system is a closed circulatory system in which the shots return to the sandblasting cylinder circularly after they are sprayed out by the sandblasting gun. The dust and shots in the sandblasting room are collected and lifted to the dust shot separation device for dust-shot separation. After the separation, the useful shots will automatically fall into the shot storage box and automatically enter the machine again according to the instruction, and they will be supplied to the sandblasting gun to continue the sandblasting. This is the sand shot recycling system.

Notes for the operation of sandlasting room

Firstly, start the ventilation and dust collection motor, check the operation, and then start the shot blasting machine after confirming that it is normal. Before the shot blasting machine is started, the control valve for iron shot supply shall not be opened. It is necessary to check the quality of steel cleaning frequently, and adjust the projection angle and conveying speed of the roller bed if necessary. Observe whether there is deviation of steel at any time and eliminate the slipping in time. Pay attention to whether the vibration and sound are normal during the operation of the shot blasting machine, and notice the temperature rise of the uranium bearing and motor. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection, remove the fault or replace the blade. When the shot blasting is over, the shot pipe should be closed first to stop the air inlet; the shot blasting motor should be turned off, and finally the fan should be stopped. In case of abnormal phenomena, stop the machine immediately, check the causes and eliminate them in time. Wet steel plates are forbidden to enter the shot blasting room for shot blasting treatment.

Recently there are two common recycling ways of sandblasting room recycling system in the market: mechanical recycling system and pneumatic recycling system. The so-called pneumatic recycling is that there are several small tapered buckets on the floor of the sandblasting room, and a small opening is opened at the bottom of the tapered bucket. These small openings are led to the outside cyclone separator by the air duct to extract the dust shots from the tapered buckets at the bottom of the room with a high-pressure induced draft fan. After being separated by the cyclone separator, the useful sand and shots fall into the shot storage box in the middle of the separator, and then enter the sand cylinder to realize the recycling.
