Tunnel Type Shot Blasting Machine with 16 Turbines

QINGGONG MACHINERY just finished a shot blasting unit which is tunnel type with 16 blasting turbines, this kind of shot blasting machine blasting speed can reach to 25/min depend on different customer requirements, it is totally custom engineered & designed.

The 16 shot blasting turbines were positioned with 4 blasting turbines by 4 blasting turbines, this kind of blasting wheels arrangement is mainly for increasing the whole shot blasting speed to reach to the SA2.5 or more blasting effect.

The conveyor system adopted an overhead monorail conveyor system, and the loading capacity is designed according to the maximum batch of workpieces weight.
