In recent years, there has been an emerging product in the sandblasting room industry: container sandblasting room, also can be called container shot blasting room. We closely followed the development of the industry and researched and designed China's first container sandblasting room in 2017.
Container sandblasting rooms come in two sizes: 20ft and 40ft. There are also two types: movable and non-movable.
The movable container shot blasting room can change the working position at any time according to customer requirements, and can replace dustless blaster, mobile sandblasting machines, etc. Suitable for cleaning small-sized and light-weight workpieces.
Fixed container sandblasting rooms are suitable for all walks of life. Compared with ordinary sand blasting room, the new container body is stronger, can be used outdoors, and is completely waterproof.
Recently we just delivered a 40ft container sandblasting room to a customer in Kuwait. Customer choose semi-automatic floor recovery system, which is the most economical and practical recycling method. Of course, it can also be changed to fully automatic recycling according to your requirements. The chamber body uses a new container, and 5mm thick rubber plates are used to protect both sides of the chamber body. At the same time, according to customer requirements, we added 4-ton trolley to this container sandblasting cabinet.
