This customer is involved in the manufacturing and marketing of H beams, steel plates, high tensile galvanized steel (HTGI) purlins and metal door frames. This company' 'Z' and 'C' sections are precisely coldformed, and are sullied in cut-to length and pre-punched holes. The advantage of this company are that it is lightweight, has corrosion protective surface and ready for immediate erection upon delivery to site. The products are in compliance to major International Standard.
During this visit, we found out lots of problems that the customer did not mentioned during the whole technology negotiation at our office, and this will help us avoid of problems during the whole preservation line design and fabrication, and it also will save lots of time during the whole installation of the whole production line.
