The following points should be paid attention to during the maintenance of the steel pipe shot blasting machine:

(1) Frequently check the anchor nuts of the steel pipe shot blasting machine chamber body, and tighten them in time if they are loose.

(2) Frequently check whether the hoist belt is too loose or deviated, and if any abnormality is found, it should be adjusted and tightened in time.

(3) Regularly check the wear of the shot blasting blade, shot wheel and directional sleeve of the steel pipe shot blasting machine. When the thickness of the blade is uniformly worn by 2/3, the width of the shot wheel window is uniformly worn by 1/2, and the wear width of the directional sleeve window is increased by 15mm, they should be replaced.

(4) Check the screw conveyor frequently. When the blade diameter is worn by 20mm, it should be replaced.

(5) Always check the steel pipe shot blasting equipment and clean the debris on the screen of the shot sand separator. When the screen is found to be worn, it should be replaced in time.

(6) Frequently add or replace the lubricant according to the lubrication system.

(7) Regularly check and clean the wear of the indoor guard plate. If the wear-resistant manganese plate or rubber plate is found to be worn or broken, it should be replaced in time.

(8) Always clean the scattered shots around the equipment to prevent the operator from slipping and being injured.

3. Precautions for using the steel pipe shot blasting machine

What should be paid attention to in the operation process of the steel pipe shot blasting machine:

(1) The dust in the dust collecting box under the dust remover of the steel pipe shot blasting machine should be regularly removed to prevent the blocking of the dust discharge pipe from affecting the dust removal effect.

(2) The bottom of the chamber and the debris under the screen in the separator funnel should be cleaned frequently.

(3) The steel shot around the steel pipe shot blasting machine should be cleaned frequently to prevent the operator from slipping and being injured.

(4) Always check the crawler belt and the hoist belt in the cleaning room for deviation to avoid damage to the belt.

(5) It is forbidden to open the feeding door when the impeller head of the steel pipe shot blasting machine is not completely stopped.
