QINGGONG MACHINERY has provided a hanger type shot blasting machine for Vietnam customer to blast bicycle frame.
The hanger type shot blasting machine is good choice to blast bicycle frame and tricycle frame.
When the machine is working, when preparatory work is finished (dust collector system, elevator, screw conveyor are running), the machine start to work. First, the hook down and lift bicycle frame, then up to certain position, then into the chamber along the track, when get to predetermined position, it will stop and rotating. Close the chamber door, open the blast wheel and abrasive supply valve, start to clean the bicycle. There will be no concrete residue and steel shot after finish the blasting job cause it is in vertical during the whole blast working.
